Quail

 This page is about our quail. We raise quail, and have six.

Ostrich 3.8.23

Ostrich hatched fourth. He lives with buddy and his crows are incredibly loud and annoying. When he starts crowing, he starts up everyone else. We often call him "Strich."

Deinoarchie 3.8.23

Deinoarchae hatched sixth, so last.My brother, Ari, chose his name. He says it’s “Deinonychus + Archaeopteryx”, which are dinosaurs. Dino makes little tweet noises so his nickname is “Tweet-o”.

Buddy 3.8.23
Buddy hatched fifth, a couple miniutes after Stritch. He has a medium loudness when he crows. He likes to dig in pine chips. His nickname is “long boy” because he is tall.

Butterfingers 3.8.23

Butterfingers is the oldest. He is the biggest, so we call him “Chonk.” We also call him "Butters." Unfortunetly, he crows.
