We've been going to the McKinley Community Gardens for a lot longer than we've been birding. Ima and Ari call is "Stick Park" because the play areas are built from reclaimed wood. And because there are a lot of sticks. There are also a lot of birds! Including a Hairy Woodpecker on a telephone pole.
