We had some time while waiting for Ima's new glasses so we went to Rubio Woods. This is our first trip here and we hope to return. Preferably, on a day that isn't hot, humid, sunny, and no wind. A Grey Catbird gave us a bit of a show. It's so weird how they really sound like cats. There is a huge prairie space north of the woods that we really want to revisit, but definitely on a cooler day.

These are wonderful photos! Is the orange bird an oriole?
