We saw the posts of a juvenile intermediate morph Snow Goose in Evanston, so we thought we should try and see it. We got there, drove around for probably two minutes, then spotted it, right by the road with a large group of Canada Geese. We hung out, ate lunch, and I took photos of the goose. It honked a couple of times, but I say "honk" vaguely. It sounded like a cross between a honk and a quack! This Snow Goose was very pretty, but wouldn't stick their head up that often because they were eating lunch too. That made it a little hard to get good pics, but I got quite a few!
