This post documents a Long-eared Owl who was being harassed by two Cooper's Hawks. On this day, we saw a Cooper's hawk with immature plumage twice before we found it with a second Cooper's Hawk chattering and swooping at a Long-eared Owl. Eventually the two Cooper's Hawks left and the Long-eared flew off in the opposite direction.
