This blog is about the birds and other creatures I have seen. My family and I have raised quail from eggs for three years. We go to beaches, wetlands, prairies, parks and wooded areas almost daily. We watch and listen to birds. I photograph birds to try to learn and share their complex beauty. Still images and video help to document experiences with them. Birds are everywhere and integral to the world's ecosystems. I hope this inspires mindful attention to birds.
